Kait Burke is a dynamic coach, facilitator, and data-driven leader with over 15 years of experience advancing organizational performance, leadership development, and human-centered transformation across public, private, and military sectors. A U.S. Navy Master Chief Hospital Corpsman and Command Senior Enlisted Leader, Kait brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and empathetic leadership to her work with individuals and teams.
With a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the College of William & Mary and a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics from the University of Oklahoma, Kait combines scientific precision with a deep understanding of human behavior and systems design. Her expertise spans data storytelling, program evaluation, and human-centered design—bridging the gap between insight and action to strengthen engagement, resilience, and mission readiness.
Throughout her career, Kait has led initiatives in research, workforce development, and organizational strategy—supporting nonprofits, federal agencies, and healthcare systems in improving outcomes and cultivating cultures of trust and accountability. As a certified Navy Leadership Development Facilitator, she has trained and mentored leaders at every level, helping them align people, processes, and purpose to achieve lasting impact.
A veteran and proud military spouse of 22 years, Kait continues to serve as a Senior Enlisted Advisor within Navy Medicine, guiding over 600 Sailors across multiple commands. Her leadership and advocacy have contributed to meaningful policy reforms, particularly those supporting women in uniform and military families.
Based in Corpus Christi, Texas, Kait finds balance in outdoor adventures, fitness, and time spent with her husband, Ian, and their three children. At AnchorPoint Strategy, she is passionate about helping leaders and teams cultivate clarity, courage, and connection—anchoring high performance in empathy, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
