Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from AnchorPoint Strategy. This policy is short on purpose.

If you have not used your access code

We will refund your purchase in full. Email support@anchorpointstrategy.org with the order email and we’ll process the refund within three business days. Refunds return to the original payment method. 

If you have completed the assessment

Once you’ve completed the assessment, the credit was consumed on the assessment platform and we generally cannot offer a refund. We’ll always treat exceptions fairly — if the report didn’t generate, you encountered a technical issue, or something went genuinely wrong, write to us and we’ll make it right.

If you purchased for the wrong person or used the wrong email

Write to us right away. If the code hasn’t been used, we can reassign it to the correct person at no charge. If it has been used, we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution — typically a discounted replacement code for the intended participant.

Custom team engagements

Team and facilitated engagements are governed by the terms in the signed engagement agreement. If you’re considering one and want to understand the refund and rescheduling terms first, just ask before you sign.

Disputes

If something feels off, write to us before opening a chargeback. We answer every email and we’d rather resolve it directly. support@anchorpointstrategy.org
